About Our Reshipping & Storage Services
At HexPrep, our reshipping service allows you to ship items to us tax-free before we forward them to your buyer, whether it's StockX, Goat, or another platform. We handle returns for shoes, clothing, and more. If you have a banned address on certain sites, you can use our reliable address to complete your purchases and reship anywhere you need. We also offer long-term storage as a separate service for clients needing extended hold times.

This includes receiving units that weren't pre-registered on your dashboard, processing gated inventory, assessing damaged items, and addressing non-compliant shipments. To avoid these charges, please ensure all shipments are properly documented and comply with our receiving guidelines.
